Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your Perfect Palette™ you may exchange it, or return it for a full refund. You have 14 days (10 business days) from the date you receive your item to return or exchange it by sending proof a of return. All returned or exchanged items must be unused, damage-free and in their original packaging.
If we receive your item after 14 days, we will credit you the cost of the item to redeem on this site. Credits may not be redeemed for cash. All refunds and credits will reflect the cost of the product(s) minus shipping costs.
Refunds will be provided in the same manner paid and be issued within 3 business days after we receive your item. Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 10 business days to process.
Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We do not take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items. Charges for returned orders (undelivered orders, wrong addresses, refused items) are the responsibility of the customer.
If you have an issue with your order (ie. missing and/or wrong items) you must notify us within 2 weeks (1o business days) of receiving your order so we can find a solution for you.
